Brief: Four Icons for Industries
These are four icons that I designed to represent the following industries: paper (blue), agriculture (green), travel (orange), and transport (purple). Icons need to work as a set and the imagery needs to be well, iconic.
I started off by doing some sketching, and then marked the ones that evolved into the finished icons. I scanned the sketches into Illustrator and used the Pen tool to trace and refine my designs until I was happy with them.
Sometimes several variations (in colour and black and white) are required for various uses and backgrounds. These could be used on printed materials and as icons for a website.
