I recently had the pleasure of taking some Product Photos for Michelle from Poppy, Bean and Bloss.
It was a lot of fun to pose the toys and dolls, and to capture their gorgeous personalities on film.
Michelle makes all of the toys herself, with many many hours of handsewing going into each one and she sells them through local markets (here in Canberra) as well as online at her webstore.
She first started making sock monkeys in 2007 and each one is hand-crafted from a single pair of socks. Michelle says: I may use the same style of sock more than once but your monkey will be unique as all faces are hand embroidered, guaranteeing that no two monkeys are the same.
Aren’t her Knot Dolls just gorgeous – a perfect gift for a new baby.
If you have a handcrafted business, I would be happy to hear from you about taking some Product Photos for you – get in touch and we can talk about it some more.
You can see more of the product photos that I took for Poppy, Bean and Bloss at my Product Photography page.

hi Suzee – there are many free and inexpensive patterns available online. Have you done a google search? Of course, you can always buy some ready made from Michelle at Poppy, Bean and Bloss.
