With limited funds available and with no experience in the field of websites, Goyder Street Library as a not-for-profit association was finding it difficult to make progress. Jen Leheny of Red Instead offered to help us at greatly discounted costs and after a single face-to-face meeting when we discussed our ideas, she took up the running and gently guided us through the process, options and possibilities. Our ideas were quickly translated into a very attractive proposal which has exceeded our expectation.

We are very grateful to have had the benefit of her obvious expertise in the field and her intuitive grasp of our somewhat vague ideas. It has been an enjoyable experience to work with her and we look forward to a continuing relationship.
