- Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date
- Returns will only be accepted after consultation between buyer and seller
- Buyer must pay for return shipping

Detailed Returns and Refund Policy
Returning the Item
Contact us at shop@redinstead.com.au to start a return. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all packaging and boxes intact and tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
For all exchanges or returns, product must be posted back to Red Instead at the customer’s expense. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Change of Mind
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders and personalised items. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You are welcome to contact us to ask about a return due to change of mind, however Red Instead is not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you have changed your mind after purchasing.
